For over 30 years, CMC industries has adapted to its mark
ets and customer needs.
Based on our primary activity of boiler making and welding, we became Manufacturer and Designer for 1st rank companies while keeping our original specificities and our fabrication basics.
CMC industries meets the specifications of its customers with a complete service:
- studies, drawing, calculation (finite elements, thermal exchanges, pressure devices )
- manufacturing including all welding qualifications (steel / stainless steel)
- fine or heavy boilermaking, industrial piping
- machining, including a big diameter vertical lathe
- electromechanical engineering
- hydraulics
- pneumatics
- assembly
- production unit installation.
Organizations and Means
Every customer is taken care of by an account manager according to its needs:
- from the study (if needed)
- to the manufacturing of the equipment or the series (customer or CMC drawings)
- to its implementation
The Technical Management designs and proposes the technical solutions in association with the account manager.
The Engineering Office produces the studies and the drawings in CAD (2D and 3D softwares). It establishes the technical files handed to the customer when needed.
Our fabrications are approved and certified by the DNV, the APAVE, or the BVéritas.
Our workshops and hoisting capacities allow us to manufacture heavy and voluminous equipments on a 15.000 m² lot.
